Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
USPS shipping is free and orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
UPS orders are shipped same business day if placed before 3 pm EST. UPS orders placed after 3 pm EST or over the weekend will ship on the next business day.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Cranial Candy ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged/Lost Packages and Fulfillment Issues:
Cranial Candy is not liable for any products lost/damaged during shipping. If you believe your order has been lost or was damaged in transit, please contact us at support@CranialCandy.com. Please include your order number and photos if applicable.
