At Cranial Candy, we stand behind our products 100%. Should you feel the need to return our product, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the process. Please contact us at support@CranialCandy.com and one of our Customer Care Representatives would be happy to assist you.
Limited to one return or exchange per customer. Only purchases up to $100.00 qualify for a refund less shipping costs. Orders over $100 will be approved/denied at Cranial Candy sole discretion. We do not accept returns based on taste preference. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days. Any orders shipped back without previous consent will not be eligible for a refund. A written return authorization from an Cranial Candy representative is required. We will request feedback regarding the product in question in order to properly process the refund request.
If your product was purchased through an Cranial Candy distributor or retailer, please return to your original purchase location for a return or exchange.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be unopened.
